violin dots is a music education app published by Musical Dots, designed to help children learn violin finger positions. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
violin dots is designed for children ages 4 and up. All purchasing decisions — including subscriptions — must be made by a parent or guardian. By purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you are the parent or guardian responsible for the device and any associated Apple ID.
Levels 1–12 are free forever. No payment is required to access them, and they will remain free in all future versions of the app. Free Play mode is also always free, with no restrictions.

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and may vary by region. The price displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase is the price you will be charged.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
You will not be charged during any free trial period (if offered). After a free trial, the subscription renews at the standard rate unless cancelled beforehand.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to premium levels until that date. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, but Apple may grant refunds at their discretion — contact Apple Support for refund requests.
If you reinstall the app or switch devices, tap Restore Purchases in the app's menu to recover your subscription. You must be signed in to the same Apple ID that was used to make the original purchase.
You may use violin dots for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app. You may not attempt to circumvent subscription access controls.
violin dots is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the app will be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Musical Dots is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
